Jacob Crossley
Jacob Crossley is a New Creation in Jesus Christ. A 1997 Rhodes College graduate, Jacob earned degrees in Political Science and Philosophy, laying a solid foundation for his future business endeavors. He made his mark in the SaaS world by founding a software company and has held various leadership roles across different sectors.
Jacob’s professional journey is highlighted by significant achievements, including leading multi-national recruiting teams recognized as the number one recruiting vendor at some of the world’s largest companies.
God given faith in Jesus Christ is the only thing in life, grounding him in his daily interactions and decision-making. As a husband and father of two children and a golden doodle, Jacob is as committed at home as he is at work. One of his favorite pastimes is caddying for his son, a talented young golfer making waves in the US Kids and Under Armour golf Tours.
Jacob’s mix of corporate leadership experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and family values makes him a well-rounded, approachable leader.
Joy Crossley
Joy Crossley is an accomplished entrepreneur in multiple industries and has also served as a General Manager role in several companies. Joy Crossley spent her childhood years in both busy Manila and the peaceful province of Alcantara, Romblon, Philippines. She earned a degree in B.S.B.A Major in Export Management from De La Salle-College of St. Benilde.
Joy’s journey in business began with her owning a successful small company for ten years. This experience gave her a deep understanding of how businesses works and how crucial the right team is for success.
In 2006, Joy came to the United States, which she considers God’s miracle.
Outside of work, Joy enjoys playing golf with her family and spending time with her favorite golden doodle. Among her favorite past times is reading a book, watching her kids play golf and caddying for her daughter on golf tournaments.
Joy loves meeting with Crossley Staffing clients as well managing our Finance and HR teams.
